The federal scholarship board(fsb) in conjunction with the Bilateral Education Agreement(BEA) of some selected developed countries (Russia, Japan, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine, Algeria, Morocco, China, Singapore, Serbia and more).

This awesome scholarship opportunity in which our country Nigeria is amongst the countries benefiting from it, it was shared among the 6 geopolitical zones in Nigeria. 

Started on the 27th of February 2018, it has been scheduled to end in 3days but currently due to the large number of candidates vying for the scholarship, the date has been postponed till tomorrow (Fri. 2nd March, 2018).
